How DropPush Works

DropPush is invite-only. When a seller invites you, subscribing to their store gives you access to their exclusive drops, live shows, and auctions.

Your first subscription is always free. After that, each additional seller sets their own monthly subscription rate (typically $5–$10/month). You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime from your profile.

Your shopping bag can only hold items from one seller at a time. This is because each seller ships from their own location, so orders are fulfilled separately.

If you try to add an item from a different seller, you'll be asked if you want to switch stores. Switching clears your current bag and starts fresh with the new seller. You can always come back and shop the other seller afterward.

Sellers release products in time-limited collections called drops. When a drop goes live, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis — inventory is limited.

Some items are listed as auctions. Place bids before the timer runs out. The highest bidder wins when the auction closes.

Sellers can go live to showcase their products in real time. Watch the stream, chat with the seller and other buyers, and purchase featured items directly from the live show.

At checkout, choose from three USPS shipping speeds: Ground Advantage (3–5 days), Priority Mail (1–3 days), or Priority Mail Express (1–2 days). Shipping rates are calculated based on the seller's location and your delivery address.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and real-time updates until delivery.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships. Once shipped, all sales are final — there are no returns or refunds through the platform. If you have an issue with an order, contact the seller directly.

DropPush uses Stripe for secure payment processing and Clerk for authentication. We never store your credit card details, and your account is protected with industry-standard encryption.
