How do I place an order?

Browse available drops on the marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card or saved payment methods. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and you'll receive a tracking number via email.

What is a "drop"?

A drop is a limited-time product collection created by sellers. Drops have specific start and end times, and inventory is usually limited. Once a drop ends or items sell out, they're no longer available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the service level you select at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, Priority takes 2-3 business days, and Express takes 1-2 business days. You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number.

What is your returns policy?

All sales on DropPush are final once shipped. If a seller cancels your order before it ships, you'll receive a full refund automatically. Your payment is held securely until the seller ships your item. If something is wrong with a delivered order (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), reach out to the seller directly through messaging in the app. Any post-delivery resolutions are handled between you and the seller.

How do I become a seller?

Visit our Sellers page and apply to join the DropPush community. Our team reviews all applications and will follow up with next steps. Sellers need to be verified, set up a Stripe Connect account for payouts, and agree to our Terms of Service.

How do live streams work?

Live streams are available in the DropPush iOS app. Sellers go live to showcase products in real-time, and you can watch, chat with the seller and other buyers, ask questions, and purchase directly during the stream. Download the DropPush app to join live shows and see which sellers are currently streaming.
