For Sellers

How do I start selling on DropPush?

Apply through our For Sellers page and our team will review your application. Once approved, you can set up your store, invite your buyers, and start listing items immediately. There is no waitlist — approved sellers get instant access to their dashboard.

What fees does DropPush charge sellers?

DropPush charges a 5% platform fee per transaction on our Standard plan, or 3.5% on our Pro plan. The fee is calculated on the product price plus shipping cost (sales tax is not included in the fee base). There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. You keep the rest.

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect and deposited directly into your linked bank account. Payouts follow Stripe’s standard schedule — typically 2 business days after a successful transaction.

How do drops work?

A drop is a time-limited collection of items you list for sale. You create a drop, add your items with photos, descriptions, and prices, then publish it. Your subscribed buyers get notified and can shop the drop while it’s live. Once a drop ends, the items are no longer available for purchase.

What is a bulk drop and how does it work?

A bulk drop is a lot-based listing (pallets, multi-item bundles, oversized goods) where shipping cost can’t be calculated until the items are packed. When a buyer orders, their card is saved but NOT charged. You then have 48 hours to weigh, measure, and send a Shipping Payment Request (SPR) with the final shipping cost. The buyer has 72 hours to Accept & Pay or Decline. If you miss the 48-hour window, the order auto-cancels, the buyer’s authorization is released, and the inventory is restored to your drop. Once the buyer accepts the SPR, you have 5 business days to ship.

How do I invite buyers to my store?

From your seller dashboard, you can generate unique invite links to share with your buyers. When a buyer signs up through your link, they get free access to your store and drops. You can share your invite link on social media, in emails, or anywhere your audience is.

What shipping options are available?

DropPush integrates with USPS through EasyPost for shipping. You can generate shipping labels directly from your dashboard, and buyers receive tracking information automatically. We support Ground, Priority, and Express shipping levels.

How does Stripe Connect onboarding work?

After your seller application is approved, you’ll complete Stripe Connect onboarding to link your bank account. This is a secure, Stripe-hosted process where you verify your identity and banking details. Once complete, payments from buyers flow directly to your account.

Can I customize my store?

Yes. From your seller dashboard, you can set up your store with a name, bio, and social media links. Your store gets its own unique URL that you can share with buyers. More customization options like theme colors and layout are coming soon.

What can I sell on DropPush?

DropPush is designed for resellers selling fashion, streetwear, sneakers, collectibles, and similar goods. All items must be authentic and accurately described. Counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items are not allowed and will result in account suspension.

Can I go live and sell in real time?

Yes. DropPush supports live selling and auctions. You can stream video, showcase products in real time, interact with buyers via live chat, and pin items for instant purchase during your stream. It’s all built in — drops, live shows, and auctions in one platform.

For Buyers

How do I sign up as a buyer?

DropPush is an invite-only marketplace for buyers. You’ll receive an invite link from a seller you follow or trust. Once you sign up through their link, you get free access to that seller’s store and drops.

Is my first store subscription really free?

Yes. When a seller invites you, your subscription to their store is completely free — no credit card required. If you want to subscribe to additional sellers on the marketplace, those subscriptions are paid.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions give you access to a seller’s drops and exclusive content. Your first seller subscription (via invite link) is always free. Additional seller subscriptions are paid monthly and auto-renew. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Are there any buyer fees?

No. DropPush does not charge buyers a service fee. You only pay the item price, shipping costs, and applicable sales tax. There are no hidden charges.

How do I pay for items?

DropPush uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — DropPush never stores your full card details.

What is a bulk drop, and will my card be charged right away?

A bulk drop is a lot-based listing where the seller needs to weigh and measure the package before quoting the final shipping cost. When you check out on a bulk drop, your card is saved but NOT charged. The seller has 48 hours to send you a Shipping Payment Request (SPR) with the final shipping total. You then have 72 hours to Accept & Pay (your saved card is charged and the seller ships within 5 business days) or Decline (no charge is made, the order cancels). If you don’t respond within 72 hours, the SPR is treated as declined. If the seller misses their 48-hour window, the order auto-cancels and your authorization is released.

How does shipping work?

Sellers ship items via USPS. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select (Ground, Priority, or Express).

What if an item isn’t as described?

All sales are final. If you have a concern about an item, contact the seller directly through DropPush messaging. Sellers are responsible for managing their own customer relationships, including any returns or exchanges they choose to offer. DropPush provides the tools for buyers and sellers to communicate — resolution is between you and the seller.

Can I return items?

All purchases on DropPush are final. DropPush does not process returns or mediate disputes. If you have an issue with an order, reach out to the seller directly via DropPush messaging. If a seller agrees to accept a return, they will manage that process with you directly. We encourage buyers to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

What is the Seller Marketplace?

The Seller Marketplace is where authenticated buyers can browse and discover new sellers on DropPush. You can explore seller stores, view their active drops, and subscribe to sellers whose products interest you.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel any paid subscription from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you’ll still have access until then. Your free first subscription does not need to be cancelled.

Is DropPush safe and secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. User authentication is handled by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity provider. DropPush never stores your passwords or full payment card details.

What data does DropPush collect?

We collect the information necessary to operate the marketplace, including your name, email, shipping address, and order history. We use analytics tools to improve the platform experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy accessible from the footer of any page.

Is DropPush available on mobile?

DropPush is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Our iOS app launches May 1, 2026 (pending App Store approval), with full parity for buyers and sellers — including drop creation, bulk drops, live shows, and order management.

How do I report a problem or suspicious activity?

If you encounter a problem, suspicious listing, or believe someone is violating our terms, email hello@droppush.app with details. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action to keep the marketplace safe.
