For Sellers
How do I start selling on DropPush?
DropPush is invite-only for sellers. Apply through our For Sellers page and our team will review your application. Once approved, you can set up your store, invite your buyers, and start listing items immediately.
What fees does DropPush charge?
DropPush starts at just 5% per transaction — compared to 8–20% on other platforms. Through our referral program, you can earn your way down to 0% fees. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect and deposited directly into your linked bank account. Payouts follow Stripe’s standard schedule — typically 2 business days after a successful transaction.
How do drops work?
A drop is a time-limited collection of items you list for sale. You create a drop, add your items with photos, descriptions, and prices, then publish it. Your invited buyers get notified and can shop the drop while it’s live.
Can I go live and sell in real time?
Yes! DropPush supports live selling through integrated video streaming. You can showcase products, interact with buyers in real time, and pin items for instant purchase during your stream.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer another seller to DropPush, you earn a commission on their sales for a set period. The more sellers you refer, the lower your own transaction fees go — all the way down to 0%.
For Buyers
How do I get invited?
DropPush is invite-only. You’ll receive an invite link from a seller you follow or trust. Once you sign up through their link, you get free access to that seller’s store and drops.
Is my first subscription really free?
Yes. When a seller invites you, your subscription to their store is completely free. If you want to follow additional sellers, you can subscribe for $5–$10 per month depending on the plan.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions give you access to a seller’s drops and live shows. Your first seller subscription (via invite) is free. Additional seller subscriptions are paid monthly and auto-renew. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What if an item isn’t as described?
Contact the seller first to resolve the issue. If you can’t reach a resolution, email hello@droppush.app within 7 days of delivery with photos or proof. DropPush may mediate the dispute. Purchases are final unless the item is significantly not as described (e.g., counterfeit or damaged beyond disclosure).
Can I return items?
Purchases on DropPush are generally final. Returns are only accepted when an item is significantly not as described. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
How do I pay?
DropPush uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — DropPush never stores your full card details.
What are live shows?
Live shows let sellers stream video in real time, showcasing products and interacting with buyers. You can watch, chat, and purchase items directly during the stream.
General
Is DropPush safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Authentication is handled by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity provider. We never store sensitive payment or password data directly.
